How to change the logo space

Hi, I have two spaces, in one of them I changed the logo without problems but in the other I cannot do it. I have no option to do this. I would like to know how to change.

You need to be a space administrator to replace a space's logo. Are you?

Either I cannot find options to restrict a page. I don't know why because the two spaces are in the same version. Is it because it's a team space?
