How to convert a HTML page to confluence?

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Import Content Into Confluence

Hi,

We have some HTML pages and PDF format which want to convert to confluence.

And then discuss it in Confluence with LINE COMMENT (I very very like it).

So, it be not a attachment.

I know I can Copy&Paste contents in the confluence page, but I will lost all the format in the file.

How can I  import it with the format and images background?
