How to convert a confluence server app to a data center app

How to convert a confluence 7.13.7 server app to the data center version? Currently, the custom plugin that I have created is working fine in the server version but not working in the data center version.

Yes, we have created our own plugin and trying to adapt it to the data-center version.

It does actually.

Note that there isn't a converter that just takes a Server app and magically converts it to a DC app.

Being DC compatible includes:

1. being cluster-aware (e.g. persisting all data via ActiveObjects)
2. being able to handle the load that the Atlassian scalability tester produces
3. being free of high- and critical-level vulnerabilities
4. etc.

Again, you have to implement these manually.

Some (and that's npt a small "some" - it might even be a majority) will work fine as DC apps without needing to do any conversion.

But the doc @Dave Mathijs points to absolutely is the doc you need to read and digest in order to understand what you *might* need to do to make your app cluster-aware and scalable.
