I want to create a template in form of a "LiveDoc" and not as a "Page".
Is this possible? If yes, a step-by-step is useful.
PS: ROVO colud not answer this in a sufficient way.
@Michael Hoof According to this page (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-page-from-a-template/):
When you create a new page, live doc, or blog post, you have the option of pre-formatting with a template.
So you can create a live doc from a template. This page does not say anything about creating a special template to use. Since a live doc is basically a page that people can collaborate on, I believe that you would create the template as you would for a page or blog. See this page for more information: https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/create-a-template/
Hi @Michael Hoof , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post.
I guess I am like Rovo in the sense that I don't understand what you want to achieve.
You want to create a template that is a Livedoc? or what are you wanting to do?
You can have collaborative editing for any page created from a template. What are you thinking would be different or better as a Livedoc?
Please can you explain a bit better what you want?
Thank you
