Hi Venkata,

If you are referring to signing up for a cloud instance of one of the Atlassian Products, you should be able to sign up for an account from the products page by clicking on Get Started or Try for Free. Or visit the pricing page on each of the product.

If you are referring to creating an Atlassian ID account, visit my.atlassian.com
