At the top of a given confluence page, I would like to create a report table or panel listing all the unresolved inline comments on that page.
Previously with Enterprise Wiki, I was able to add a Panel and insert Report Table, Local Reporter, Report Columns, etc.
Is it possible to do it with Confluence?
Hi Robert,
Although it doesn't have a macro built in, there is the See All Unresolved Comments app available on the Marketplace (full disclosure: I am the Marketplace Vendor), which generates a listing of all unresolved comments in a page (Inline Comments Overview).
Do you have any particular reason that you would like it in a table on a particular page? I'd be interested in your thoughts on that.
Hi Robert, just jumping in here, there isn’t currently a built-in way in Confluence Cloud to automatically generate a table or panel showing all unresolved inline comments like you could with Report Table and Local Reporter in Enterprise Wiki. One option is to manually collect the unresolved comments and list them at the top of the page, though that can be a bit tedious. Some marketplace apps like ScriptRunner or Better Content Archiving might help if your setup allows add-ons, and if you're comfortable using the REST API, you could also pull unresolved comment data programmatically. Not ideal, but a few possible workarounds depending on what you're looking to do.
