How to create a todo list

I would like to create a taks list with colums  task type,status , date, designation, who, when etc... and be able to filter on the colum 

is that possible and how ?

Hi @corinne goodman, 

You can keep the track of the things that need to get done with the help of the tasks. With the ability to give each task an assignee and due date, and plenty of ways to see your tasks, you can make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You can view this page which contains information on "Adding, Assigning, and View the Tasks". 

Alternatively, you can view these apps, if they suit your requirement.

Not sure how to mark an item in the task list as completed 

I just tag the box in front of the item but it still show the item in my 

to do
