How to delete SSO created User

Hi,

we have created the user based on Core id. But SSO ping created duplicate user id based on Email id. we are trying to delete that duplicate one and modify existing one with mail id.

We are trying to do with below URL but it is not working.
a. https://id.atlassian.com/manage/close-account-se-private

So please tell me the process to resolve this issue.

@JagadeeshI am certain that  you  don't have the system administrator permission( in cloud), you will need this to  remove these user's ,  take a look  at  similar situation  here  Delete system administrators created by addons

We need delete option in Management Accounts. Present we have two potions only 1. Disable account 2. Reset Password.

But we need delete option for delete to Unnecessarily SSO crested users.
