How to disable non admin users from creating Confluence Spaces

Hello, I do not want non admin users to be able to create general spaces in Confluence so I can keep order of what spaces are being created.  How do I disable non admins from being able to create Spaces in Confluence.

The permission to create spaces is a global permission setting, so you can disable it from there so only admins can create spaces. Have a look at Manage global permissions for more information.
