How to disable the Like Page feature

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Likes and Popular Content

I followed these instructions, but none of the modules under the "Confluence Like Plugin" allow me -- as an administrator -- to disable them.

Disabling modules on Cloud is restricted to prevent you damaging your system

You can hide the like area with CSS. See my answer here:

Documentation states to disable the whole plugin. Not just a module.
