How to disable the "How do I post entries" welcome video for anonymous users?

As the title says, I would like to disable the welcome video for anonymous users. How to do that? The config for the welcome page isn't the right one, it seems. Same for the "Welcome, seems you are new" message.

Hi,

I have not tested this as we do not have anonymous users, but I think that disabling the Confluence Getting Started plugin (system) should do the trick. We do the same to the to the Confluence What's New plugin to disable the dialog after an upgrade for some of our Confluence installations.

Confluence Admin > Manage Add-ons > change the filter to System add-ons
