Hello, I would like to display a footer in my space and be able to change it anytime on all pages.
Option 1: Use look and feel custom footer css.
The problem I face with this solution is that I don't know how to write it in HTML/CSS. I have created my content in confluence editor but I don't know how to get the HTML or Confluence markup code from there.
Another challenge is that I would like my footer to be limiter to the left section of my content and not sized on the full page width.
Option 2: Create a custom macro
I can create a custom macro displaying my content.
Insert the macro in the footer section as part of the template we use on all pages.
The problem I face is the same, I don't know how to get the code (html or confluence markup) and how to write my macro.
Could you help me or direct me towards the right resources to get the code?
Thank you on beforehand.
Not sure if it meets you requirements, but if you want to avoid html or markup, you could just use the "include page" or "excerpt include" macro to include the text and links you need.
Create a page template that includes the above macro in the lower left corner of the page, using the page layout feature for positioning.

Thank you :)
Answers gave me the solution. Very powerful macro.
Btw, if you see a way to automate adding the "include excerpt" macro in all my pages in my space. Please let me know :)
Thanks
