How to display data captured through a text field/form

I want to display data captured through a form or a text field in the same confluence page. So the process will be:

--user will enter the data in the form/text field and click submit

--the data submitted in the text field/form should be visible on the same page

-- All information provided through the form/text field should be dispalyed one below the other
