Can I email the entire contents of a space to a team member who cannot log in to confluence?

Hi @Santanu Chakraborty,

If you have permission to export a space, you can choose Export space from the manage space in Space settings, as shown in the screenshot.

Choose the format and whether it's a "Normal Export" or "Custom Export" and you're good to go.

You can then send the PDF by email or any other communication tool.

Thank you Salma. This is really helpful. I had explored it myself through the manage space option. However, the formatting turns bizarre when you export it to PDF.
