How to edit the access permission as a Confluence Admin

In certain spaces, few pages are restricted to limited User or Group. As a Admin how can I remove to restriction.
From Space setting- restricted
I can see the pages, but not the content and if try to go on that page, its showing sent request for approval.

Not sure on which Cloud plan are you but when on Premium on Enterprise you are able to easily access page that is restricted by using admin key

As for restrictions overall it requires more understanding how things overall work.
