How to enable self registration for public Confluence cloud

We have an open source free of charge confluence site at loxwiki.atlassian.net but it seems self registration is not longer possible.

I didn't find any hints on how to enable self registration for loxwiki.atlassian.net again.
Is this no longer possible? What do I miss?

@Maximilian Weißböck The site and multiple spaces are public.  Individuals will be able to see the site and pages without logging in.  Can you expand more on what you mean by self registration.
