I'd like to use the blueprint variable $contentbylabelMacro, but to force the macro not to include the current page.
Is there any possibility to do so? The macro itself can do this, but how to give the necessary cql statemant to the blueprint variable?

If I understand correctly, you need to auto-populate the Content By Label macro so it does not display the current page.
Right of the bat, two reports come to mind. One of them tells us that we are unable to provide values to macros in templates and the other tells us that editing the macro variable breaks the macro after page publish. Here you can check both reports:
