Hello,
I have created yesterday a mockup using Balsamiq for Confluence, but I didn't know that they are attached to a page, so I made two mistakes:
1) I did not use the button "Insert mockup" in the existing page, but I used the button "Create -> Mockup in new page"
2) After saving the mockup I did not save the newly created page.
Does this mean that the mockup is lost?
Or is there a way to find it back and/or recover it?
Thank you!
Hi Sorin,
You can check if the page was saved as a draft by following the steps located here:
Using your drafts view. To resume editing a draft from this view:
Note: If you had not yet entered a page title, the draft will be listed with the title 'Untitled'.
If the page cannot be found there, I'm afraid the page has been lost and you won't be able to recover it.
Regards,
Rodrigo
Thank you for your answer, Rodrigo.
Unfortunately I cannot find it in the drafts either, so I suppose it is lost... :(
Too bad that I did not know this before creating it...
Anyway, thank you for the solution to search in the drafts.
