How to get a landing page like this ....

Does anyone know where you start to build such a look and feel? Or has it been built outside of Confluence?

Hello @Steve Hastings,

I like it too! :) you can see on the bottom of the page:

Powered by Confluence and Scroll Viewport.

You'd need Scroll Viewport to get this result, but it's not available on Confluence Cloud for now - you can vote for the related feature request: Confluence Cloud Compatibility.

You can check Refined Spaces for Confluence Cloud and Instant Websites for Confluence, it may achieve what you want.
