How to get email notifications for edits on all pages under one main page?

I have a main page in Confluence which consists of 100 other pages under it. How do I get myself added in the Watcher list for all those pages without actually having myself added manually in all 100 pages?

Indeed, you can use an add-on. Only alternative is to watch all pages in that space.
