Hello,
we want to deinstall the Scaffolding Plugin for Confluence, but there is number of pages made with the plugin, containing valuable data. It would be perfect solution to have all the pages on its place as normal Confluence pages without Scaffolding Plugin.

Hi,
Do you also use the Reporting plugin, and are you planning on keeping this?
If so, this would allow you to remove the Scaffolding plugin but still show the data that has been captured in Scaffolding fields.
Any page created with a reference to a "live" template will be using the {live-template} macro. This comes from the Scaffolding plugin (http://docs.servicerocket.com/display/SCAF/live-template) so when you withdraw this, you'll see a message about "unknown macro" in the wiki pages which are using it.
A quick workaround to avoid this behaviour would be to create a user macro with the same name and parameter list. The macro doesn't need to actually do anything, but if you have Reporting available, this would be a great place to include some report macros to output the values in the scaffold fields.
Alternatively, you could try to retrieve the scaffold data by querying the database. Check out this topic: http://docs.servicerocket.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=9044107
