How to get stats on Global Template usage

Hi,

We want to understand if global templates are being used in our instance, and specifically which ones.

We are trying to understand how we can improve our instance by cleaning up unused global templates.

Hello Juan,

Thank you for contacting us about this!

It's not possible to determine which templates are being used, but I can think of a workaround for this. If you edit the template now to include a specific label, then you could use the Content by Label Macro in the future to see if any pages were created using that template.

This won't work with past pages created with the template, but you can use it to track them in the future.

If you'd like all pages created using this template to have one or more labels, choose the labels icon  next to the breadcrumbs at the top of the page to add them.
