we've confluence pages and each page we have a table with content. If any page the table content has updated or added any rows then automatically would update in the home page table.
Ex: we have 10 pages and each page have a sperate table (ex: add the date to key) Some user has to update the key value and some user has to add a new key, So, here we need to update the all key details in one page with a page name,
Is it possible to show all page table content to one page?
Hi there,
Thank you for contacting us.
We have a macro in Confluence that can help with this. Be advised that it only works in key and value pairs (so 1 for 1, but not entire rows of data). It's called the Page Properties Report Macro.
To use it, you'll place your table inside of its partner macro, which is called the Page Properties Macro. You can then report on the data on another page using the Page Properties Report Macro.
If you need to report more data than that, I would recommend a 3rd-party add-on, such as the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence add-on. This will allow you to aggregate data from separate tables and report on that.
Take your time and review this information, and do let me know if you have any questions!
Regards,
Shannon
