How to get the list of groups under a space using SIL script?

Hi, I am working on creating a script for a client. i am new to SIL and confluence. I need to create the script in SIL.

For the requirement, i need to --

1) Get all the Spaces --> Loop Through It 
2) Get all the groups under each spaces 
3) Get the permissions of each group

Some more are there like these. I have done so much searching but could not find anything to solve the 2nd One. I need to use SIL script. How can i get all the groups under a space in SIL. ??  Is there any routine for this. ? please help.
