How to get the page name returned in a form?

In the Forms macro, Confluence Value $user.name can be used to return the identity of the user interacting with the form. Is there a variable name or macro to return the URL or Page Name within a form? I would prefer to send the Page Name value back in a Hidden Field.

I'm not an experienced programmer, so please take that into account if you reply.
