How to give a user access to all spaces?

We have an account that makes API calls to fetch all the content (and associated permissions) from all team and personal spaces in a Confluence Cloud installation.

What is the best way for the confluence admin to ensure the account is added by default with view access to all existing and future team and personal spaces created?
