How to hide card's thumbnail for Pipedrive Links

Hi. When pasting a link to our Pipedrive CRM, Confluence automatically creates a card. This card provides an overview/thumbnail of the pipedrive deal with its amount. This information is confidential for some of our Confluence users so I'm looking for a solution to hide the card's thumbnail for Pipedrive links. 

I identified two solutions : 

1. Use standard links instead of cards, but users could edit the Confluence page and change the type of links to be able to view the card thumbnail. I could limit the editing of those pages to a group of users but this has to be done manually on each page. 
2. Do not post any Pipedrive links on Confluence. 

A better solution could be to disable card's thumbnails for Pipedrive links but I don't know if it's possible.

Found the solution. You need to give Confluence access to your pipedrive account to be able to view the thumbnails. Revoking access remove the thumbnails, therefore, users who do not have access to Pipedrive will not see the thumbnails.
