How to improve searching for information aside from the Advance Search option?

Hello everyone, I do have a question on how to improve or refine search results. Aside from the Advance search, are there any apps or features that we can incorporate or utilize to improve searching for information?

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

The default search is powerful and helps in fetching the desired results. For refined output you will have to use the wildcards and conditions. The below KB article has some good tips on how to use search effectively.
