How to include an image or a table on the create screen

We are looking for a way to include an image or 2-dimensional table somewhere on the issue creation screen. This is used as a visual lookup mechanism for folks to manually assign values to a certain field. Is there a way to include an image or a table in the field description or as a separate custom field? Thanks in advance.

Hi Sylvia,

The most convenient way would be to add them using HTML (ie <img src= ...>, <table>. The following documentation might be helpful. To do this, modify the field description's in the field configuration.
