How to include footer in PDF exports?

Hello. How can I include a global footer to all PDF page exports? I have a footer added to Space Settings > Header and footer > Footer and it appears on each page. Howevever, when I export a page as PDF the footer disappears.

Hi Travis,

I suppose this is because 

  • PDF customization only applies to space exports (not single page exports via Tools > Export to PDF)
