How to install Confluence into Synology DSM?

Are there detailed instructions for installing Confluence into a Synology Network Attached Storage - DSM (Disk Station Manager) 6.1 or 6.2?  https://www.synology.com/en-us/dsm.  I have heard mentions of something called Docker but can't find details on where to get Docker, how to install Docker, how to configure Docker, and how to use Docker with Synology.

In regards to running Confluence within a Docker container, there are docker available sources to getting started. But there are a few things that need to be considered before starting your journey with running Confluence within Docker. In order to ensure your instance of Confluence will run as expected, you want to consult the following to confirm your platform and hardware is capable of meeting the requirements.
