How to maintain the size of page content not changing after exported PDF too many times?

My team and I are experiencing issues when exporting pages to PDF format. Initially, the export looks fine, but after multiple exports due to modifications, the content becomes smaller. This forces me to create a new page, which is time-consuming.

How can I maintain a consistent content size without it shrinking after multiple exports?
