How to migrate an old company wiki to current confluence?

We bought out another company and need to combine all of their wiki to the current wiki we have under Confluence Cloud. 

Theirs is also conveniently under Atlassian Confluence 5.4.4, Team Collaboration Software. It's under their own server and our confluence is on the cloud. 

How to we migrate the old wiki so we can have it all in one? 

Any help or feedback will be helpful!

See also, Import a confluence Space, because if you follow the entire first link it will replace all existing space in your cloud instance.
