How to modify the pull-down menu in Confluence/Jira Installed Site

1. I has installed the Jira and Confluence in local site.

2. Migrating from Confluence OnDemand to a Confluence Installed Site

3. There are two problem after the migration

4. First problem: There are pull-down menu button in Confluence but not for Jira

5. The Second: I need to modify the pull-down menu, but i can't how to and where to do ?

there's a drop down menu in the top bar on OD installs that lets you go back & forth between diffeent apps (Jira, Confluence etc)

didn't they just introduce it into the new confluence?
