How to move confluence to another server

I want to move my confluence from ubuntu 16 with postggresql, to another server

ubuntu 20 and same postgresql. 

I think there are 2 issues moving licence to another server and moving data with database.

If you have also moved your database from one server to another you can change the JDBC URL in <confluence.home>/confluence.cfg.xml if you are using a direct JDBC connection or in the definition of your datasource (if you are connecting via a datasource).

You can follow the steps from the database migration article to get started, as this covers creating a new Confluence installation, connecting to your new database, and importing backup data.
