Hello Shreeyansh,

Thank you for contacting us.

You will need to have your LDAP users synced with Azure first. I'm not aware of how to do this specifically, but you can talk to your user server admin, or Microsoft might have documentation on this.

Once your LDAP users are synced to your Azure users, you can then connect Azure to your Atlassian Cloud instance.
