How to open the display create dialog?

Hi everyone,
I want to use different templates for different confluence areas. Therefore I think blueprints are more then great, to do so. Could someone help me how to activate Confluence blueprint? Confluence doesn't displays the create dialog. What do I need to do?

Hi @Lea Köhler ,
I believe the UI has changed to display the templates on the right as shown below. Do you see this when you click the “+”?
