How to prevent Confluence upload for some file type ?

I can prevent to upload to Confluence only a certain type of file, for example I want to prevent the upload of word and excel type files ?

Kalos,

As per the documentation from atlassian, i don't see any way to prevent upload of file types. I however, see that there's a ticket out there and  the resolution is 'won't fix'.
