We have many PDF documents in our Confluence wiki which are templates that need to be printed on a regular basis.
However, when we open the PDF as usual in the browser and try to print it, they don't look right (parts of the document are cut off, or parts of the page in the background are included).
The printouts look fine if we download the PDF documents first and print them afterwards. But this is a cumbersome process, so we are looking for a way to print PDF documents directly within the browser.
Hi Martin. From this Jira ticket found on Atlassian's site: CONFCLOUD-37049
That functionality isn't available at this time. I would suggest voting for and watching it for future updates.
I don't think this Jira ticket addresses the same thing. In our case it's not about printing Confluence pages, but PDF documents. And we don't need a print button (we know the CTRL+P shortcut), but we need a proper formatting of the PDF.
