How to remove access for all users? (without going space by space)

Hi Experts, 
We have a DC Confluence instance V8.5 that we are sunsetting. 
The license has already expired.
The System Admins are working on maintenance and backup activities.
During this time (before we decommission) we would like to block "view" access from all other users in the instance. 

We have many spaces so going to space permissions for all spaces is not a good way

Any advice on how to revoke view access for all users will be dearly appreciated.

You can go to the Global permissions and revoke all access
