Hi.
On our Confluence app we have a lot of 3rd party plugins. I would like to raise an issue that involves two of them.
1. Mail Page & Newsletter - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214285/mail-page-newsletter?hosting=server&tab=overview
2. Table Filter and Charts for Confluence -
https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/27447/table-filter-and-charts-for-confluence?hosting=server&tab=overview
When an end-user use the feature "send a page" from a Confluence page, the page being sent by the Confluence email user via email, so far so good.
But when a page contains a table that uses the plugin "Table Filter and Charts for Confluence", in most cases this table has a filter applying on it so other users view only the relevant parst of the table and not all of it.
The result is not the same when you send this page using "Mail Page & Newsletter" plugin. You couldn't see a filtered table.
Additionally, when a page being sent, the table filters headings are displayed very strangely on the page (see attached).
I have tried to hide the heading from not showing on the page (this is one of the Table filter features) but each time we sent the page, filters are being shown on the send page result...
I have contacted the two parties support. Only the "Table Filter and Charts for Confluence" support has replyed back. They replay that they can't control it.
The "Mail Page & Newsletter" support did not replayed. Although I have ping them more then ones and escalated my request. But no answer yet.
Did someone has this two plugins and resolved this issue?
If someone could please advise how to resolve this issue it will be great!
Hi @Guy Toyber ,
Here is the Stiltsoft team again - we've remembered your issue from our support. Now we are watching this question as well - if there are any hints from the other app's team, we'll definitely try to cooperate.
