How to restrict a group to their own Confluence space

should know this, but I need to be sure about this.  I have a new group in Confluence - they are contractors; I need to restrict their access to their own space and only their own space.  I can create a new group and assign that group to their space, but I need to keep them from seeing anything else.  This is Confluence Cloud.

What are the steps to make this happen?

Hi @Randy O_Neal

  1. Create a new group, say Contractors.
  2. Add contractors to Contractors group.
  3. Remove contractors from any other group and check if individual contractors don't have individual permissions in specific spaces.
  4. Give Contractors group your preferred permission setup in the contractors' space.
  5. When adding a new contractor user, only assign them to the Contractors group.

Hi @Randy O_Neal ,

Follow the steps mention in below Atlassian KB article to restrict contractors access to their own space.
