Hello, is there any way to see in this list, which attachments are in use are whit are not? I am using only 5 pictures on the page now, but it is saying, that all attachments are "current". Lots of them are duplicated, but authors didn't delete them. Thank you.
Soňa,
Welcome to Community! It's nice to have you.
This particular feature is not available in Confluence, but we have a feature request to detect unused attachments below:
If this is something you'd be interested in, please feel free to vote on it and watch it in order to be updated of any changes.
I'm aware of some add-ons in Marketplace that could help with this in Server, but as far as I am aware, none for Cloud that could help with that. I am tagging the Marketplace collection on this, just in case anyone is aware of one that could help.
Let me know if you have any questions about that.
Regards,
Shannon
This post is from 2019 but I see a fresh comment.
Attachment Manager by Easy Apps has a page tree. Choose one or many pages and then filter by 'not visible'. 'current version' is another useful filter.
It is a suite of tools to manage attachments.
search by page(s)
list of all attachments on a page
filter by attachment version
filter by if visible on a page
bulk download, delete, move
statistics

Hi @Soňa Duchovičová ,
Recently, I published a simple app that checks pages for unused attachments and allows you to delete them. I was just creating the screenshots for the Marketplace listing:
You can check out the app here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1236523?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
