You can simply use the Share button, but as Rob mentioned, the recipients would need Confluence accounts plus permission to at least view the space and page.

Hi Revital,

You can export a page to PDF or Word format, and mail that.  Or you can mail a link (but the recipients will have to have a Confluence account, or you'll need to have anonymous access turned on).
