How to set Discussions and Articles in Confluence cloud?

I don't really know if it's possible at all but... Can I set some kind of discussions and articles the way Atlassian Community is configured?

I found this configuration very interesting ...

Confluence doesn't have the functions to classify pages like Lithium does.
