How to set automatic weekly email notification for all users for a specific page?

Hi Atlassian community,

maybe someone can help me out with this issue.

I want to set up an email notification for all users with this criteria:

• email ist send weekly
• notification is set automatically for a specific page
  • so that the user does not need to subscribe it them self

Hi!

Take a look at Handy Macros add-on. It contains Handy Reminder macro. Configuration is very simple:

• Add the macro to the page
• Set the start date and specify the time when notifications should be sent
• Set the period for notifications ("weekly" in your case)
• Add users or groups as recipients ("confluence-users" or something like this in your case)
• Get notified!

BTW, reminders can be smoothly combined with the Handy Page Diff feature (it's also included in Handy Macros). After clicking reminder from the notification, user will be able to see the diff since his (or her) last visit to this page in one click.
