How to set "Assigned to" in Task Report for Confluence to self

I want to include the 'Task Report' Macro on the home page of our Space, and filter Action Items from Meeting Notes to just "self" or "user", so that each user will only see their open Action Items on the Home Page of our Space.

Can this be done?

I would like to share the experience of our users that perceive Talk - Advanced Inline Comments as tasks. When they mention somebody in the comments (it can be multiple team members), that means this task is assigned to these employees. Every user can build Talk Report, then to overview 'tasks' that are unresolved and where they've been mentioned. They can easily switch to the comment by clicking on the link in the Page column. When a task is done, they can resolve it or archive it on the page to refer to it later. Talk Report includes the following information:

If you use it in combinations with the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app, you can filter comments by Author, Status, Date etc.

@Sam Hoover , it's not currently possible out of the box. This has already been captured through the Atlassian ticket system CONFSERVER-34597. You can add yourself to the ticket watchers' list to receive updates when available.
