How to set up User Directory in Confluence Server not from WEB UI

Hi,

I want to setup confluence server for AD configuration. And I want to do it by configuration using files not from confluence admin ui.

Can anyone tell how to do it?

Hi Shivam,

The User Directory configurations are stored in the Confluence database, so there is no way to integrate AD with Confluence using the file system. Please see Connecting to an LDAP Directory for steps to set it up.
