How to setup spaces in 2 domain with same content, content 1 is updated when content 2 is edited?

Hi,

How can I set up spaces in 2 different Spaces with identical content, where when content is updated at Space A (domain 1), content at Space B (domain 2) is also updated? 

I know we can use macros for 2 different spaces in the same domain, but is there any way we can do different domains? Please help.
