As you can see, this macro isn't that configurable apart from specifying group(s) you want to create a list of users.
I've tried checking open suggestions related to this macro, but it seems there isn't any open feature request related to your requirement.
You could try to reach out to Atlassian Support to maybe give an alternative (or potentially create a new feature request).
From my knowledge, apart from manually creating some kind of static table with all that user info, there's no clean workaround for it :/
